考虑配网电压越限风险的光伏接入规划研究 被引量:10

摘要 光伏的接入会对配网的结构和运行方式产生改变,造成系统节点电压越限的风险提升,对配网系统安全稳定的运行造成了不利影响。为此,提出了一种改进的粒子群多目标优化算法,通过引入遗传算法对粒子群算法进行了改进。利用该算法对目标系统进行规划后,既能完成光伏寻址的目的,又可实现在保证系统电压越限风险相对较低的同时,尽可能地接入更多的光伏提升经济效益的功能。通过仿真对比实验证明,该算法相比于传统的遗传算法,规划的结果更加优异。这是因为改进的粒子群算法使得规划方案可以在光伏的接入和配电网电压越限风险之间找到一个平衡,既能尽可能多地接入光伏提升经济效益,又可以保障配网的电压越限风险较低。 The access of photovoltaic will change the structure and operation mode of distribution network,increase the risk of voltage overrun of system nodes,and adversely affect the safe and stable operation of distribution network system.In this paper,an improved multi-objective particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm is proposed,which is improved by introducing genetic algorithm.After planning the target system with this algorithm,it can not only accomplish the purpose of photovoltaic addressing,but also realize the function of increasing the economic benefits by adding more photovoltaic as much as possible while ensuring the relatively low risk of system voltage overrun.Finally,the simulation results show that compared with the traditional genetic algorithm,the proposed algorithm has better planning results.This is because the improved particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm enables the planning scheme to find a balance between the access of photovoltaic and the risk of voltage overrun in distribution network.It can not only increase economic benefits by accessing photovoltaic as much as possible,but also ensure that the risk of voltage overrun in distribution network is low.
