摘要
物流行业飞速发展,大量的物流分拣机器人投入使用,其充电方式以接触式充电为主,存在一定的安全隐患,因此,文中提出对其采用磁耦合谐振式无线电能传输技术进行无线充电,通过有限元软件COMSOL对无线传能系统线圈进行仿真,对所提出的三种线圈仿真模型进行了磁场仿真以及数值计算,仿真并分析了三种模型的磁场强度分布和距离变化对传输特性的影响。仿真结果表明,矩形轨道式无线传能系统传输效率与负载功率相对稳定,更适合对分拣机器人进行无线充电。
The logistics industry is developing rapidly,and a large number of logistics sorting robots are put into use.Its charging method is mainly based on contact charging,and there are certain safety hazards.Therefore,this paper proposes to adopt the magnetic coupling resonant wireless power transmission technology for wireless charging.The finite element software COMSOL is utilized to simulate the coils of the wireless power transmission system.The magnetic simulation and numerical calculation of the proposed three coil simulation models are carried out.The simulations and analysis of the three models are carried out to analyze the effect of magnetic field strength distribution and distance variation on transmission characteristics.The simulation results show that the transmission efficiency and load power of the rectangular orbit wireless power transmission system are relatively stable,which is more suitable for wireless charging of the sorting robot.
