摘要
牵引传动系统产品具有高开关频率、高效率等特点,为了更加准确地评估产品性能,对交流传动测试系统带宽和精度提出了更高的要求。文章详细阐述了交流传动测试系统信号特点、测试难点以及应用过程中的效率测试问题,针对系统所涵盖的软硬件关键技术进行了理论和工程应用研究,并对测试系统中传感器精度和带宽、软件调理电路精度和数据处理算法等的进行优化。试验结果显示,优化后的测试系统其测试特征值的相对误差均控制在0.4%以内,表明系统测试精度有较明显提升。
Products of traction drive system have the characteristics of high switching frequency and high efficiency.In order to evaluate the product performance more accurately,the bandwidth and precision of AC drive test system are required to be higher.In this paper,the signal characteristics,test difficulties and efficiency test problems in the application of AC drive test system are described in detail.Through the optimization and improvement of hardware sensor precision and bandwidth,software conditioning circuit precision and data processing algorithm,the relative error of test eigenvalue is controlled within 0.4%,and the test results show that the accuracy of the system is obviously improved.
