新时代,中国的和平发展仍处于重要战略机遇期。当今世界处于百年未有之大变局,中国重要战略机遇期的内涵也随之发生了深刻变化:我国发展的有利条件总体居多,但各种不利条件也明显增多;不仅强调“顺势而为”还要追求“谋势善为”;更加主动地争取、塑造和维护重要战略机遇期;与世界共享中国发展机遇。中国发展面临着重大机遇,也面临着国内国际双重风险挑战。维护好新时代的重要战略机遇期,要牢牢把握正确的国家发展战略大方向;善于危中求机、化危为机,抓住并用好战略机遇;努力推动构建新型国际关系,重点处理好与美国、与周边的关系。

In the new era,China's peaceful development is still in the period of important strategic opportunities.Today*s world is in an unprecedented situation that hasn't been experienced in a century,and the connotation of the period of China's important strategic opportunities has also changed profoundly:China is in general enjoying more favorable conditions,but various unfavorable ones are evidently increasing;we should not only focus on"following the trend",but also"taking advantage of the trend";we should actively strive for,shape and maintain important strategic opportunities;we should share China's development opportunities with the world.China's development is facing major opportunities as well as double risks and challenges from at home and abroad.The maintenance of the period of important strategic opportunities in the new era calls for,firstly,firmly grasping the correct direction of national development strategy;secondly,seeking opportunities in crisis,turning them into opportunities,and seizing and making good use of strategic opportunities;thirdly,working hard to build a new type of international relations,focusing on the relationship with the United States and China*s neighbors.
