Anuradha Cheroy is an important representative of contemporary Indian studies on Russia and India-Russia relations.Through the combination of history and current reality,she has established her academic status in the study of India-Russia relations and has formed her own viewpoints.She believes that India-Russia relations are mainly composed of three pillars,with security partners formed on historical basis,geo-interests being cooperation ties;energy and economy being the potential areas that need to be strengthened at present and in the future.Her academic achievement is an important part of Indian-Russian research and is of great value to the analysis of Indian studies on Russia.It has also had a major impact on Indian academic research and development.
