不同紫花苜蓿生物量分配与越冬性状的相关性分析 被引量:4

摘要 以19个紫花苜蓿常规栽培品种为材料,测定千粒质量、地上部生物量、单株茎生物量、单株叶生物量及单位面积根生物量,分析并明确紫花苜蓿植株的生物量分配与越冬性状之间的相关性,为紫花苜蓿在引种中筛选出适宜品种提供一定的科学依据。结果表明,不同紫花苜蓿品种的单株茎生物量、单株叶生物量、单株地上部生物量、单位面积根生物量之间均存在显著相关性;紫花苜蓿千粒质量、单株茎生物量、单株叶生物量三者之间存在极显著正相关,相关系数分别为0.3649、0.3529;不同紫花苜蓿品种的单株茎生物量和返青期越冬率存在显著负相关,单位面积内地上部生物量和返青期越冬率存在显著正相关,说明初花期紫花苜蓿不同部位的生物量之间相互联系紧密;不同部位生物量的分配与来年返青期的越冬率具有一定的相关性。生物量分配指标可作为榆林地区苜蓿引种试验中筛选高产优质品种的参考指标之一。 To provide scientific basis for the selection of suitable alfalfa varieties in the introduction,19 alfalfa varieties were used as materials to measure 1000-grain quality,aboveground biomass,stem biomass per plant,leaf biomass per plant and root biomass per unit area,and to analyze and clarify the correlation between biomass allocation and overwintering traits.The results showed that there were significant correlation in the stem biomass per plant,leaf biomass per plant,aboveground biomass per plant,and root biomass per unit area of different alfalfa varieties.There was a significant positive correlation among 1000-grain quality,stem biomass per plant and leaf biomass per plant of alfalfa,and the correlation coefficients were 0.3649,0.3529,respectively.There was a significant negative correlation between stem biomass per plant and overwintering rate of different alfalfa varieties,there was a significant positive correlation between the upper biomass per unit area and the overwintering rate during the returning green period,indicating that the biomass of different above-ground parts of alfalfa at the initial flowering stage had a close relationship.The overwintering rate in the returning green period had a certain correlation with biomass allocation of different parts.The biomass allocation index can be used as one of the reference indexes for the selection of high-yield and high-quality varieties in the introduction experiment of alfalfa in Yulin area.
