基于DNA-ITS片断的山西4个斑褶菇属有毒物种鉴定

摘要 为调查山西大型野生真菌资源有毒物种的地理分布及多样性,采用形态学特征结合DNA-ITS分子系统学方法对山西真菌资源的有毒物种进行鉴定;同时对每个物种进行了形态描述,并提供山西斑褶菇属物种分种检索表。结果表明,确认了山西分布的斑褶菇属(Panaeolus)物种有4个,即暗色斑褶伞(Panaeolus acuminatus)、粪生斑褶菇(Panaeolus fimicola)、钟形斑褶菇(Panaeolus papilionaceus)和半卵形斑褶菇(Panaeolus semiovatus),且均为有毒物种。其中,暗色斑褶伞(Panaeolus acuminatus)为山西省首次记录。 To investigate the geographical distribution and diversity of toxic species in Shanxi large wild fungi resources,morphological characteristics combined with DNA-ITS molecular systematics method were used to identify the toxic species in Shanxi fungi resources.At the same time,the morphological description of each species was carried out,and a key to species of Pleurotus in Shanxi was provided.The results showed that there were four species of Panaeolus in Shanxi province,namely,Panaeolus acuminatus,Panaeolus fimicola,Panaeolus papilionaceus and Panaeolus semiovatus,all of which were toxic species.Among them,Panaeolus acuminatus was the first record in Shanxi province.
