摘要
为探讨山西虹鳟养殖业转型发展之路,采用资料整理分析与实地调研相结合的方法,对山西虹鳟养殖业发展状况进行了深入的调查研究,分析了其发展条件、历史与现状,以及存在问题与限制因素。结果表明,山西虹鳟养殖业在国内起步较早,曾是国内较有影响力的主产区之一,具有较好的发展条件与基础,但由于多方面原因,山西虹鳟养殖业近年来发展缓慢,与国内先进地区差距较大,发展后劲不足。借鉴国内外虹鳟养殖先进地区的发展模式、先进技术及产品营销经验,提出了以强化统筹规划与政策扶持、推进产业转型,建设高标准苗种繁育基地,创新养殖模式与技术、发展生态节水养殖,推进健康养殖体系建设,加快制品研发、提升养殖产品附加值为主要内容的转型发展思路。
To discuss the road of transformation and development of Shanxi rainbow trout breeding industry,the paper made a deep investigation and study on the development of Shanxi rainbow trout breeding industry by means of data collation and analysis combined with field investigation,and analyzed its development conditions,history and present situation,as well as the existing problems and limiting factors.The results showed that the rainbow trout breeding industry in Shanxi started earlier and used to be one of the more influential main producing areas in China,with better development conditions and foundation.However,due to many reasons,the rainbow trout breeding industry in Shanxi developed slowly in recent years,which had a large gap with the advanced areas in China,and the development momentum was insufficient.Referring of the advanced region development model,advanced technology and product marketing experience of rainbow trout breeding at home and abroad,this paper put forward the transformation and development ideas,such as strengthening overall planning and policy support,to promote industrial transformation,the construction of a high standard of seedling breeding base,innovation cultivation mode and technology,developing ecological water-saving farming,to promote healthy breeding system,and speeding up the products research and development,improving the product attachment value as the main content.
