摘要
MX井四开钻井(5172m-5518m)过程中泥浆漏失2453.73方,造成较大经济损失并且耽误了工期。钻井过程中泥浆漏失原因复杂多样,主要原因有裂缝及溶蚀孔洞的存在和钻井泥浆窗口不合适等。针对上述原因,通过测井曲线包络、偶极声波分析等方法,综合识别裂缝及溶蚀孔洞、计算泥浆窗口,从而为M构造新钻井提供合适的泥浆窗口参考,为减少泥浆漏失、顺利完成钻井施工提供帮助。
In the process of 4thstage well drilling(from 5172m to 5518m)of MX well,2453.73 m^(3)mud was lost,which caused much economic losses and delayed construction schedule.There were many various and complex reasons which caused mud losses,and the main reasons are the existence of fracture,dissolution pore and vug,the improper drilling mud window.Aiming at theabove reasons,loggings curves envelope and dipole sonic analysis methods are used to identify fracture and dissolution pore and calculate mud window,then provide proper mud window reference and reduce mud loss for the new drilling wells in Mstructure and assist in drilling the new wells.
