新工科背景下“赛学一体化”生态圈的软件工程人才培养模式的研究 被引量:2

摘要 近年来,从大数据到人工智能实现了高速发展。在新工科背景下,地方高校应当以学科竞赛为抓手,通过多种学科交叉、学科资源融合、校企合作等方式,探索新型人才培养模式的有效途径。以赛促学、以赛促建、以赛促改,进一步提高学科竞赛成绩。同时,高校应深化软件工程人才培养模式的教育教学改革,彰显地方软件工程专业特色,树立专业品牌,提高工程人才培养质量,满足地方经济社会发展需要,为经济社会快速发展提供强有力的专业人才保障。 In recent years,rapid development has been achieved regarding the big data and artificial intelligence.Under the background of new engineering,regional colleges and universities should take discipline competition as the starting point to seek effective ways of new talent cultivation mode by means of multiple disciplines crossing,various discipline resources integrating,and school-enterprise cooperation,enhance the students’learning and strengthen the teaching reformation through competition so as to further improve the students’academic performance.Besides,they also need to deepen the education and teaching reform of software engineering personnel training mode,highlight the characteristics of the regional software engineering specialties,establish their professional brand,improve the quality of engineering personnel training,meet the needs of the regional economic and social development,and provide strong professional personnel guarantee for the rapid economic and social development.
