摘要
利用宏观检验、化学成分分析、显微组织检验、有限元分析及能谱分析等试验方法对腐蚀损伤的输电铁塔塔腿进行了试验分析。结果表明:因长年工业污染,铁塔周边土壤硫酸盐含量较高,在连续降雨的天气条件下,排涝条件较差的塔腿部位极易积水,使其长期被强酸性的污水及淤泥浸泡,造成铁塔塔材和混凝土地基腐蚀损伤。
The corroded tower leg of 220 kV transmission tower was investigated by means of macro-morphology inspection,chemical composition analysis,microstructure analysis,numerical simulation and energy dispersion spectrum(EDS).Results showed that due to long-term industrial pollution,the sulfate content of the soil around the tower was high.In case of continuous rainy days,the area around the tower legs with poor drainage conditions was easy to accumulate water,thus the tower legs suffered for a long-term immersion by strong acid sewage and sludge,which led the tower leg and concrete foundation corroded severely.
