摘要
脐带间充质干细胞能够应用于遗传缺陷性疾病、衰老性疾病、放射性疾病或组织器官损伤等一系列病症的治疗,在临床上具有显著的治疗效果,其稳定性将直接影响治疗的安全性和有效性。将脐带间充质干细胞制剂分别放置于室温(23℃)和4℃条件下,于0、2、4、6、8、10、12和24 h抽样,以探究提升脐带间充质干细胞制剂稳定性的条件,为其日后的保存、运输等环节提供科学的参考依据。
Umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells can be used in the treatment of a series of diseases such as genetic defect diseases, aging diseases, radiation diseases, or tissue and organ damage, and have significant clinical therapeutic effects. The stability of umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cell preparations can directly affect the safety and effectiveness of the treatment. Therefore, in this paper, the umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cell preparations were placed at room temperature(23 ℃)and 4 ℃, and samples were taken at 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 and 24 h to explore the improvement of umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells. The conditions of the stability of the cytoplasmic stem cell preparation provide a scientific reference for the determination of its storage temperature.
