摘要
由于大、小件粘接而成的转换开关,需要在确保3个气压下才能正常地工作。对于大、小件粘接的要求是:粘接面不能出现漏气的现象,并且具有足够的粘接强度。粘接面中三个Φ1.8 mm相交的孔,不能出现串气和堵气的现象。在不知进口件使用何种胶和所使用的粘接工艺的情况下,我们作了许多次的试验,终于是找到了替代的办法。不仅能解决胶带宽窄一致性和胶带宽度尺寸的问题;还可使粘接面不会产生漏气、串气和堵气的问题,即使出现了质量问题通过返修后,仍可以使之合格。根据分析进口件的粘接过程是一气呵成,而我们则要分成两个工序来做,在粘接技术上还是有改正的空间。
The transfer switch,which is made of large and small parts,can work normally only under three air pressures.For large and small parts bonding requirements are:the bonding surface can not appear air leakage phenomenon, and has enough bonding strength. In the bonding surface, there are three Φ1.8 mmintersecting holes, and there is no air mix or air blocking phenomenon. In the case of not knowing what kind ofadhesive and bonding process to be used for imported parts, we have made many tests and finally found asubstitute. This method can not only solve the problems of belt width consistency and belt width size, but alsoavoid the problems of air leakage, air mix and air blocking on the bonding surface. Even if there are qualityproblems, it can still be qualified after repair. According to the analysis, the bonding process of imported partsis completed at one go, but we have to divide it into two processes. There is still room for correction in thebonding technology.
