摘要
应急发电作业作为综合不停电作业开展的重要一环,在网架结构较为坚强时,可作为应急供电手段进一步缩短用户停电时长,提升供电可靠性,是实现电网检修"停设备,不停用户"目标的重要手段。提出一种综合现场勘查、负荷测算、及应急发电装置组合的全场景应急发电技术方案,将应急发电作业模块化、系统化,并对应急发电装备小型化、发电方式储能化进行了论述与展望。
With the rapid development of economy and society,users have higher and higher requirements for power supply reliability.Based on the original 10 kV distribution network,the comprehensive uninterrupted operation method has further improved the uninterrupted maintenance ability of distribution network.Emergency power generation maintenance operation can provide emergency power protection for users,which is an important part of the comprehensive uninterrupted operation method and an important factor that directly affects the outage duration of users in the process of power grid maintenance.In this paper,taking Shanghai as an example,a set of emergency power generation schemes are sorted out,which provides theoretical support for emergency power generation operation and looks forward to the development of emergency power generation technology.
