The standards,rules and regulations within the whole life cycle of the cable are the basis for the work of the cable practitioners.The complete,authoritative and easily accessible standards and rules are the important guarantee for guiding the work of the cable and the safe and stable operation of the urban power grid.This paper introduces the developed cable professional knowledge base system.Based on the knowledge distillation algorithm of small-scale samples,the system realizes the functions of keyword matching and searching,notes and excerpting learning and discussion in the cable professional knowledge base,so as to improve the efficiency of cable practitioners to consult materials and employees to learn.
