摘要
针对为解决传统的皮带输送机运行状态切换难的问题而在煤矿皮带输送机端部加装的永磁柔性制动装置,分析其功能设计,介绍实现制动功能所用到的主要设备。通过现场应用发现,永磁柔性制动能有效地对皮带输送机的运行状态进行快速切换,提高了煤炭开采的效率。
In view of the difficult problem of switching the running state of the traditional belt conveyor, the permanent magnet flexible braking device is put forward at the end of the coal mine belt conveyor, and the function of the permanent magnet flexible braking design is analyzed. The main equipment used to realize the braking function is introduced. It is found that permanent magnet flexible braking can effectively switch the running state of belt conveyor and improve the efficiency of coal mining.
