摘要
针对扭矩轴存在采煤机过载不断裂的问题,以某型号采煤机扭矩轴为研究对象,运用数值模拟的方法,对扭矩轴卸荷槽深度进行静力学分析,并对采煤机扭矩轴卸荷槽结构进行优化设计。实践表明:当扭矩轴卸荷槽深度为10 mm时,能够满足采煤机过载保护的要求,优化之后的扭矩轴工作可靠性高,为采煤机高效生产提供安全保障。
As an important protection component in the work of shearer,torque shaft has high reliability requirements.Taking the torque shaft of a certain type of shearer as the research object,the static analysis of the depth of the unloading groove of the torque shaft is carried out by using the method of numerical simulation.After that,the optimized design of shearer's torque shaft unloading groove structure was completed.When the depth of the torque shaft unloading groove was 10mm,it could meet the requirements of the shearer's overload protection.The practice showed that the optimized torque shaft had high reliability and provided safety guarantee for the shearer's efficient production.
