煤矿井下无极绳绞车钢丝绳自动涂油装置设计分析

分析一种为了满足煤矿井下无极绳绞车钢丝绳需经常性涂油保养的需求而设计的无极绳绞车钢丝绳自动涂油装置。该自动涂油装置的设计利用无极绳绞车的驱动力作为源动力,快速、全面、均匀的完成无极绳绞车钢丝绳的涂油保养工作,解决了无极绳绞车钢丝绳人工涂油中费工费料,且难以给钢丝绳全表面均匀涂油的困难,达到以机械化省时省力的效果,为煤矿井下无极绳绞车钢丝绳使用寿命的延长和轨道运输的安全提供了有力保障。

According to the requirement of regular oiling and maintenance of wire rope of poleless rope winch in coal mine,the automatic oiling device of wire rope of poleless rope winch is designed to solve the cost of manual oiling of wire rope of poleless rope winch.It is difficult to evenly oil the whole surface of wire rope and achieve the effect of mechanization and time saving.The design of the automatic oiling device uses the driving force of the endless rope winch as the source power to complete the oiling maintenance of the wire rope of the endless rope winch quickly,comprehensively and evenly,which provides a strong guarantee for the extension of the service life of the wire rope and the safety of the rail transportation in the coal mine.
