分段式锚杆钻车的设计与应用

Design and Application of the Seqmented Anchor Drill

针对锚杆支护设备不能很好地与掘锚机组相配套的问题,提出了一种可与掘锚机组进行合理配套的新型分段式锚杆钻车,介绍了该钻车的主要结构,分析了该钻车的具体应用措施。将该钻车应用于巷道,实现了快速掘进,有效缓解了矿井长期存在的采掘失调压力,取得了较好的应用效果。

In view of the problem that the bolt support equipment used at present can not match well with the excavating anchor unit, this paper analyzes a new type of segmented anchor drill car which can be reasonably matched with the excavating anchor unit, introduces the main structure of the drill car, and puts forward the concrete application strategy of the drill car. The drilling vehicle is applied to the roadway, which realizes the rapid excavation, effectively alleviates the mining misalignment pressure of the mine for a long time, and achieves good application effect.
