摘要
在综合分析当前我国在役数控机床的主要问题的基础上,提出数控机床的维修改造思路:对于机械系统仅维护即可,重点针对电气控制系统对其落后的驱动系统、进给系统进行维修改造,并提出了一套数控机床电气系统的维修方法,为延长数控机床的使用寿命提供参考。
On the basis of comprehensive analysis of the main problems of NC machine tools in service in China,this paper puts forward the idea of maintenance and renovation of NC machine tools:for mechanical systems,only maintenance can be carried out on the maintenance and renovation of backward drive systems and feed systems for electrical control systems,and puts forward a set of maintenance methods for electrical systems of NC machine tools,which provide reference for prolonging the service life of NC machine tools.
