摘要
对煤炭分选过程中广泛使用的重介质旋流器的入口结构进行优化分析,并对四种不同的蜗壳包角的重介质旋流器进行性能分析。结果显示,180°蜗壳包角的分离性能最佳,可提高分选性能,提高煤炭的清洁性得到高品质的煤炭。
The inlet structure of heavy medium hydrocyclone widely used in coal separation process is optimized and the performance of four kinds of heavy medium hydrocyclone with different volute angle is analyzed.The results show that the separation performance of 180°volute is the best,which can improve the separation performance,improve the cleanliness of coal and obtain high quality coal.
