摘要
以某型临时支护设备的底座为研究对象,创建底座三维模型,利用ANSYS Workbench求解顶梁在冒顶工况下底座的应力与变形情况。分析表明,底座的最大变形量为0.000 72 mm,底座的最大应力值为144.1 MPa,最大应力值点出现于底座中部位置,由此得到优化后底座模型,较优化前质量减小了21%。
Taking the base of a certain type of temporary support equipment as the research object,the 3D model of the base is created,and uses the ANSYS Workbench to solve the stress and deformation of the top beam.The analysis shows that the maximum deformation of the base is 0.00072 mm,the maximum stress value of the base is 144.1 MPa,the maximum stress point appears in the middle of the base,and the optimized base model is obtained,which is 21%lower than that before optimization.
