矿用液压支架活塞杆端部位置的锻造工艺研究

摘要 针对矿用液压支架活塞杆端部位置传统的自由锻造工艺在实践中存在产品不合格率高、生产效率低等问题。因此,结合实际情况对活塞杆端部位置的锻造工艺进行优化改进,采用模锻工艺进行加工。初步估算,采用模锻工艺,产品合格率可达100%,且加工效率可提升5倍以上。 Because of the traditional free forging process in practice,there are high product failure rate and low production efficiency.Therefore,the forging process of piston rod end position is optimized and improved by die forging process.The application of die forging process to engineering practice has achieved good results,the qualified rate of the product has reached 100%,and the processing efficiency has been improved by more than 5 times.
