摘要
以常用的EBG200B型掘进机为例,通过有限元仿真技术对截割部结构的模态振型进行分析研究,掌握截割部结构的动态特性规律,总结截割部结构的动态特性发展模式,得出截割部结构在振荡作用力下的固有频率及最大振幅部位,为煤矿行业设计研究掘进机截割部结构优化以及防振技术提供依据.
Taking the commonly used EBG200B roadheader as an example,the modal mode of the cutting part structure is analyzed and studied by finite element simulation technology,the dynamic characteristic law of the cutting part structure is grasped,and the dynamic characteristic development mode of the cutting part structure is summarized.The natural frequency and the maximum amplitude of the cutting part structure under the oscillating force are obtained,which provides the basis for the design and study of the structure optimization and vibration prevention technology of the cutting part of the roadheader in the coal mine industry.
