摘要
为提高煤矿振动筛运行的可靠性与稳定性,设计研究了一套由主站、分站、监控的子站、震动感应传感器以及温度传感器组成的振动筛工作状态的监控与诊断故障系统。本系统上位机的设计是以Labview平台为基础进行的,可使系统实现振动筛工作状态监控与诊断故障的功能,可以依据各传感器传输的监测实时信息,经过主机的逻辑运算,对设备将会出现故障提前进行预警,进而有效提高振动筛运行的可靠性。
In order to ensure the reliability and stability of coal mine vibrating screen in the working process,a monitoring and fault diagnosis system of vibrating screen working state composed of main station,sub-station,monitoring sub-station,vibration sensing sensor and temperature sensor is designed and studied.Based on the Labview platform,the system realizes the function of monitoring and fault diagnosis of vibrating screen.The system can monitor real-time information transmitted by each sensor and pass through the logic operation of the host computer.Early warning of equipment failure will effectively improve the reliability of vibrating screen operation.
