摘要 大斗沟煤矿针对因煤矿无轨胶轮车传统制动器自动化水平低、制动效果差、无法实现系统自动紧急制动等技术难题而导致煤矿辅助运输事故频繁发生的现状,通过技术研究,在矿用隔爆无轨胶轮车上安装了一套失控防护装置'通过实际应用效果来看,该装置具有动作保护灵敏、制动效果好等优点,大大降低了无轨辅助运输事故率,取得了显著的应用成效。 In view of the technical problems such as low automation level,poor braking effect and failure to realize automatic emergency braking of the traditional Brake of mine trackless rubber wheel car,lead to frequent auxiliary transportation accidents in coal mine,Dadougou Coal Mine has adopted a set of out-of^control protective device for mine flameproof trackless rubber wheel car through technical research.The structure and principle of the device are analyzed.According to the practical application effect,the device has the advantages of sensitive action protection and good braking effect,which greatly reduces the accident rate of trackless auxiliary transportation,and has achieved remarkable application results.
