摘要
潞安煤矿单驱动带式输送机因其动力受限,煤炭输送量达不到增产需求,基于此,以该矿带式输送机为研究对象,进行多驱动优化改造,即采用CST控制方式,增设多点驱动带式输送机监测系统。经过实际运行表明,多点驱动带式输送机的可靠性和稳定性均达到需求。
The single drive belt conveyor in Lu'an Coal Mine can not meet the demand of increasing production because of its limited power.Based on this,the multi-drive optimization transformation is carried out with the belt conveyor as the research object.The multi-drive system adopts CST control mode and the multi-drive belt conveyor monitoring system.The reliability and stability of reliability and stability of multi-drive belt conveyor meet the demand.
