摘要
为提高煤炭生产安全性和高效性,进一步提高煤矿生产自动化水平,设计了基于PLC的煤矿提升机控制系统。通过研究变频器控制原理,完成硬件电路设计和软件程序优化实现对提升过程的控制、Mod Bus通信及监控功能,通过增加过载、超速等监测装置,提高煤矿井下生产设备控制系统稳定性和安全性。
In order to improve the safety and efficiency of coal production, and further improve the level of coal mine production automation, the coal mine hoist control system based on PLC is designed. By studying the control principle of frequency converter, the hardware circuit design and software program optimization are completed to realize the control of lifting process, MODBUS communication and monitoring functions. By adding overload, overspeed and other monitoring devices, the stability and safety of the control system of coal mine production equipment can be improved.
