矿井液压支架电控系统的设计分析

摘要 鉴于采用液压支架支护技术可提高支护质量、缩短支护耗时,研究液压支架电控系统,分析液压支架电控系统的总体架构,分别从硬件以及软件设计两个方面进行详细论述。应用结果表明:设备运行的可靠性和稳定性较高,能满足实际作业需要,为液压支架电控系统的发展提供借鉴。 The hydraulic support technology is used to improve the support quality and shorten the support time,the electronic control system of hydraulic support is studied emphatically,and the overall structure of the electronic control system of hydraulic support is analyzed.The actual results show that the reliability and stability of the equipment are high,which can meet the practical needs and provide reference for the development of the electronic control system of hydraulic support.
