摘要
采用自动化控制技术,对井下瓦斯浓度进行实时检测,已成为当前提高井下煤矿生产效率、保障人员作业安全的关键。为此,在某矿井下开展了瓦斯浓度监控系统的总体方案设计及关键分系统设计研究,并将该监控系统进行了为期6个月的应用测试。测试结果显示:该监控系统运行更加稳定可靠,能快速、准确地将井下瓦斯浓度进行实时检测,并发出浓度超高报警和数据实时显示及曲线绘制等操作,实现了井下瓦斯浓度自动化监测管理的使用需求。
Using automatic control technology to detect underground gas concentration in real time has become the key to improve the production efficiency of underground coal mine and ensure the safety of personnel.Therefore,the overall scheme design and key subsystem design of underground gas concentration monitoring system are carried out,and the application test of the monitoring system is carried out for 6 months.The test results show that the monitoring system is more stable and reliable,can quickly and accurately detect the underground gas concentration in real time,and send out the operation of super high concentration alarm,real-time data display and curve drawing.
