The reasons of coal bunker blockage is analyzed. Based on the significance of air gun in removing coal bunker blockage, the concrete application measures of air gun in removing coal bunker blockage are put forward,including strengthening the control of operation, improving the standardization of operation and doing well the selection and arrangement of air gun. It is concluded that the application of air gun to remove coal bunker should follow the specific operational requirements and standards to ensure that all kinds of matters should be paid attention to while reasonably removing the blockage of coal bunker, and then speed up the clearance speed of coal bunker blockage.
