摘要
针对106 m^(3)聚合釜生产SG8型PVC树脂时粘釜严重的问题,采用了自动高压清釜技术。介绍了自动高压清釜工艺流程和使用效果,采用该技术后,聚合时间由400 min缩短到320 min,转化率由75%提高到78.5%,PVC树脂的热稳定时间明显延长。
In view of the serious sticking problem in PVC SG8 production by 106-m3 polymerizer,the automatic high-pressure cleaning polymerizer technology was adopted.The process flow and application effect of the technology were introduced.After adopting this technology,the polymerization time was shortened from 400 min to 320 min,the conversion rate was increased from 75%to 78.5%,and the thermal stability time of PVC resin was obviously prolonged.
