一种轨道外侧长钢轨回收装置的结构设计

摘要 能否实现轨道外侧旧钢轨回收,是长轨车组综合性能提升的关键,因此,设计了一种钢轨外侧回收装置。简要阐述了该装置的总体结构,并详细分析了该装置中的防侧翻机构、液压拨轨机构、摇臂滚筒机构等主要部分的功能与结构设计。经测试与试用表明,该装置在钢轨外侧长钢轨收轨作业中具有良好的安全性和稳定性,应用价值较高。 It is the key to improve the comprehensive performance of the long rail train group whether the old rail recovery can be realized.Therefore,a rail outer recovery device is designed,the overall structure of the device is briefly described,and the function and structure design of the main parts of the device,such as the anti-roll mechanism,the hydraulic mechanism and the rocker arm roller mechanism,are analyzed in detail.The test and trial results show that the device has good safety and stability in the long rail track receiving operation outside the rail,and has good application value.
