摘要
针对中国重汽集团大同齿轮有限公司现有变速器副轴铣单键工装存在的问题,设计了一种采用快换V形铁进行定位的加工变速器副轴铣单键的快换工装,分析了该工装的设计方案和应用效果。实践表明,使用此工装在保证工件加工精度、生产线节拍的前提下,减少了工人换产的劳动强度,提升了生产线的加工效率,同时减少了工装费用的投入。
In view of the problems existing in the single key tooling of transmission auxiliary shaft milling produced by Datong Gear Co., Ltd.,, a fast changing for machining transmission auxiliary shaft milling with fast changing V iron is designed. The design scheme and application effect of the tool are analyzed. The practice shows that the use of this tool can reduce the labor intensity of workers changing production, improve the processing efficiency of production line, and reduce the input of tooling cost under the premise of ensuring the machining precision of workpiece and the beat of production line.
