摘要
通过对催化燃烧式甲烷测定器检定原理进行分析,在不改变规程要求检定环境的条件下,对检定装置进行重新设计并制作,通过配合“气体分流箱”的使用,可根据检定数量及所需标准气体浓度要求,实现一个开关可以控制1~8路气路的气体浓度值,简化了操作步骤的同时节省时间且提升了工作效率。
By analyzing the verification principle of catalytic combustion methane detector,the conditions of verification environment without changing the regulation requirements are analyzed.The verification device can be redesigned and made according to the quantity and quantity of verification by using the gas shunt box.A switch can control the gas concentration of 1~8 channels and simplify the operation steps.At the same time save time to improve work efficiency.
