摘要 以转向滚筒质量和固有频率为目标函数,以转向滚筒的最大位移和最大应力作为约束条件,采用多目标优化分析,得到转向滚筒的最优解。优化后的结果有效地降低了转向滚筒的质量,提高了一阶固有频率,提高了转向滚筒的性能。分析认为,这一方法同样适用于其他零部件的优化设计,以提高带式输送机的整体性能。 Taking the mass and natural frequency of the steering drum as the objective function and the maximum displacement and stress of the steering drum as the constraint conditions, the optimal solution of the steering drum is obtained by using multi-objective optimization analysis. The optimized results effectively reduce the quality of the steering drum, improve the first order natural frequency and improve the performance of the steering drum. This method is also suitable for the optimization design of other parts and improves the overall performance of belt conveyor.
