煤矿用防爆电动人车的设计分析

摘要 为解决防爆柴油机无轨胶轮车现存的尾气污染严重、噪音大以及爬坡动力不足等问题,基于防爆锂离子蓄电池运人车的整体技术要求,设计了一种矿用防爆锂离子蓄电池运人车,具体分析了该车的车身与车架、动力总成、控制系统、能量管理系统以及液压系统,并总结了该车辆的主要优点,此研究以期有助于进一步了解以及推广该车辆。 In order to solve the problems of serious exhaust pollution,noise and lack of climbing power,a mine explosion-proof lithium ion battery truck is designed based on the overall technical requirements of explosion-proof lithium ion battery truck.The body and frame,power assembly,control system,energy management system and hydraulic system system and hydraulic system of the vehicle are analyzed,and the main advantages of the vehicle are summarized.This study is helpful to further understand and popularize the vehicle.
