摘要
针对振动筛选煤过程中对安全性、可靠性要求较高的问题,采用ANSYS仿真分析软件,对某选煤厂在用振动筛横梁进行了强度分析与优化设计。结果表明,横梁工作时中间位置存在应力集中情况。通过改进横梁的截面尺寸,应力集中现象得到了明显改善,改进之后的横梁工作稳定可靠,提高了振动筛横梁的寿命,降低了选煤企业的设备投入,取得了很好的改进效果。
In view of the high requirement of safety and reliability in the process of vibration screening coal,the strength analysis and optimization design of vibrating screen beam in a coal preparation plant are carried out by using ANSYS simulation analysis software.The results show that there is stress concentration in the middle position of the beam.By improving the cross section size of the beam,the stress concentration phenomenon has been obviously improved,the work of the beam after entering is stable and reliable,the life of the vibrating screen beam has been improved,the equipment input of the coal preparation enterprise has been reduced,and a good improvement effect has been obtained.
