煤矿井下用气动湿式喷浆机的分析与应用

Analysis and Application of Pneumatic Wet Sprayer Used in Coal Mine

针对传统的气动湿式喷浆机作业时存在的工作效率低、作业安全性差的问题,分析应用一种新型的煤矿井下用气动湿式喷浆机。将该装置在山西王家岭煤业有限公司进行了工业性试验,结果表明:新型气动湿式喷浆机自动化程度高、喷涂效率高、作业安全性好。

Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and poor safety in the operation of traditional pneumatic wet jet machine,a new type of pneumatic wet jet machine for underground coal mine is developed.The industrial test of the device is carried out in Shanxi Wangjialing Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.The results show that the new pneumatic wet jet machine has high automation,high spraying efficiency and good operation safety.
