摘要
焊接是钢结构工程施工的核心,在基础承重构架的连接中,要求焊接部位采用全熔透高强度连接,但现有的焊接方式需要进行大量的前处理、焊接层数量多、效率低下,而且由于在钢结构施工中部分焊接区域的空间极为狭小,无法实现焊接构件的背面清根及焊接,无法保证快速施工和焊接质量的平衡性需求。因此,提出了一种新的二氧化碳气体保护焊两面成型工艺,该工艺方案采用了衬垫保护,能够消除焊接时的背面清根及焊接,工序简单、焊接效率高,可有效提升特殊作业环境下的焊接质量和效率。
Welding is the core of steel structure engineering construction.In the connection of foundation bearing frame,full penetration and high strength connection is required,but the existing welding methods need a lot of pretreatment,a large number of welding layers and low efficiency.Therefore,a new two-sided forming process of carbon dioxide gas shielded welding is proposed.The process scheme adopts liner protection,which can eliminate root cleaning and welding on the back of welding.The process is simple and the welding efficiency is high.It can effectively improve the welding quality and efficiency in special working environment.
