摘要
针对巷道顶板支护失效、钢带出现折断等现象,提出将预应力桁架锚索支护方式应用于工作面的支护方案中,并对桁架锚索预应力、锚索长度、锚索间距等参数进行优化设计,对优化后预应力桁架锚索支护方案的应用效果进行验证。经实际支护监测数据可知:采用预应力桁架锚索锚杆+钢带联合支护后,顶板和两帮的围岩得到明显控制,且在工作面推进过程中未出现岩层离层的现象。
In view of the failure of roadway roof support and the fracture of steel strip, this paper puts forward the application of prestressed truss anchor cable support method to the supporting scheme of working face, and optimizes the design of truss anchor cable prestress, anchor cable length and anchor cable spacing. The application effect of optimized prestressed truss anchor cable support scheme is verified. According to the actual support monitoring data,the roof and the surrounding rock of the two sides are obviously controlled after the combined support of prestressed truss anchor cable and steel strip, and there is no phenomenon of rock layer separation in the process of working face propulsion.
