摘要
针对喷嘴的结构采用Fluent软件数值仿真的方式,对喷嘴结构的雾化效果进行分析。结果表明,增加入口的压力,可以提高出口处的速度,并且喷嘴在各个方向上的速度保持一致。通过采用大口径的喷嘴并应用较大的入口压力,可以增加水雾的喷射速度,从而形成较大的覆盖面积,有效降低矿井内的粉尘浓度。
the atomization effect of nozzle structure is analyzed by Fluent software numerical simulation.The results show that increasing the pressure of the inlet can increase the speed of the outlet,and the speed of the nozzle in all directions is consistent.By adopting large caliber nozzles and applying larger inlet pressure,the injection speed of water mist can be increased,thus forming a larger coverage area and effectively reducing the dust concentration in the mine.
