摘要
通过建立ZF13000型矿用液压支架中插柱的结构性能仿真模型,开展了其在不同工况下结构强度分析研究,掌握了插柱的结构应力变化规律,得到了其顶部与顶梁连接的铰接耳处为插柱结构的薄弱部位,提出了插柱的结构优化改进措施,以对后期开展插柱结构性能的进一步研究提供参考。
By establishing the structural performance simulation model of the inserted column in the ZF13000 type mine hydraulic support,the structural strength analysis and research under different working conditions are carried out,and the structural stress variation law of the inserted column is grasped.The hinge ear connected with the top beam is the weak part of the insert column structure,and the structural optimization and improvement measures are put forward.This study provides an important reference for the further study of the structural performance of the insert column in the later stage.
