摘要 针对矿井提升机系统存在易于故障、人工巡查工作量大、实时性差、科学性低的问题,设计了一种基于PLC的矿井提升机故障监测与诊断系统。对提升机系统的内部结构组成进行了说明,从PLC控制器单元、传感器监测单元对系统硬件进行了方案设计与设备选型。目前该故障监测与诊断系统已投入使用,大大提高了提升机系统的故障检测效率和准确性,具有一定的推广应用价值。 In view of the problems of mine hoist system which is easy to fail,heavy workload of manual inspection,poor real-time performance and low scientific nature,a fault monitoring and diagnosis system of mine hoist based on PLC is designed.PLC controller unit and sensor monitoring unit are used to design the system hardware and equipment selection.At present,the fault monitoring and diagnosis system has been put into use,which greatly improves the efficiency and accuracy of fault detection in hoist system,and has certain popularization and application value.
