摘要
针对传统刮板输送机由于无法实现变频控制、煤量计算以及自动张紧等而导致其在运行过程中经常出现故障的问题,以盛泰煤矿15201综采工作面刮板输送机为例,给输送机安装了一套智能化控制系统。该系统的应用,提高了带式输送机自动化水平,故障率由原来的11%降低至2%,节约全年输送机维修费用达35.4万元,经济效益显著。
Aiming at the failure of traditional scraper conveyor to realize frequency conversion control,coal quantity calculation and automatic tensioning,the scraper conveyor often fails in the operation process.Taking the scraper conveyor of 15201 fully mechanized mining face in Shengtai Coal Mine as an example,an intelligent control system is installed on the conveyor.The application of the system improves the automation level of belt conveyor,the failure rate is reduced from 11%to 2%,and the maintenance cost of conveyor is reduced to 354,000 yuan,and the economic benefit is remarkable.
