摘要
针对传统的气动排水控制技术中存在的问题进行分析,提出将储能原理应用在传统的浮球自动排水原理中,优化设计了一套无电源气动排水定时智能控制系统。该系统可根据调整储能的释放时间,设定水泵每次需要工作的时间,简单实用,提高了排水质量和效率、消除了安全隐患、降低了劳动强度和管理难度,提升了煤矿无人化开采、智能化控制技术,可被推广使用到采用气动排水技术的其他领域。
In view of the problems existing in pneumatic drainage control technology,this paper puts forward that the energy storage principle can be applied to the traditional automatic drainage principle of float ball and designed an intelligent control system for pneumatic drcinaqe timing without power supply.According to the release time of energy storage,it can set the time the pump to work every time.It is simple and practical,improves the quality and efficiency of drainage,eliminates the hidden danger of safety,reduces the labor intensity and management difficulty,improves the technology of unmanned mining and intelligent control in coal mine,and can be popularized and used in other fields with pneumatic drainage technology.
