矿业企业矿井提升机电控系统设计方案的研究

Study on Design Scheme of Electric Control System for Mine Hoist in Mining Enterprises

针对某型号服役矿井提升机电控系统现状,开展了矿井提升机电控系统设计研究。经实践运行表明,系统运行稳定可靠,具有实时监控矿井提升机的运行状况及故障报警功能,降低了矿井提升机电控系统故障检修工作量,节约了运维人员成本,提高了采煤设备的利用率。

In view of the deficiency of the electric control system of a certain type of mine hoist in service,the design research of the electric control system of mine hoist is carried out.The test results show that the system is stable and reliable,has the function of real-time monitoring and fault alarm of mine hoist in real time,reduces the workload of fault maintenance of electric control system of mine hoist,saves the cost of operation and maintenance personnel,and improves the utilization rate of coal mining equipment.
