摘要
为提高提升机作业的精确性,应该提升其调速变频控制的工作性能。通过系统设计选型并结合工程实际情况,设计出提升机调速系统的变频功能。整体系统基于PLC进行设计,选取匹配的传感器并结合Wincc的交互系统软件,实现提升机的变频控制系统功能,并且完成系统前端与后台的安全性设计。变频调速系统设计成果为提升机新技术研发提供了指导依据。
In order to improve the accuracy of hoist operation, the performance of speed regulation and frequency conversion control should be improved. The frequency conversion function of selection and combined with the actual situation of the project, the frequency conversion function of the hoist speed regulation system is designed. The whole system is designed based on PLC, the matching sensor is selected and the Wincc interactive system software is combined to realize the function of frequency conversion control system of hoist, and the security design of front end and background of system is completed. The design results of frequency conversion speed regulation system provide the guiding basis for the development of new technology of hoist.
