摘要
针对带式输送机在运输过程中出现输送带跑偏现象,对其跑偏机理进行深入分析研究,并从设计、制造及安装环节提出改进、调整措施,以防止跑偏故障的发生,从而保障带式输送机长期、稳定的运行。
In view of the phenomenon of belt deviation in the course of belt conveyor transportation,the mechanism of belt deviation running is analyzed and studied.The improvement and adjustment measures are put forward from the design,manufacture and installation links to prevent the occurrence of deviation failure,so as to ensure the long-term and stable operation of belt conveyor.
