玄武岩纤维增强聚芳醚腈复合材料的结构与性能研究

摘要 采用预浸渍工艺结合热压成型方法制备了玄武岩纤维增强聚芳醚腈复合材料,并研究了热处理对复合材料的微观形貌、力学性能、热性能和介电性能的影响。结果表明,玄武岩纤维的加入大幅度提高了复合材料的力学性能;热处理后,部分腈基形成交联网络有效地提高了基体与纤维之间的界面结合强度,从而进一步提高复合材料的力学性能。此外,复合材料还具有优异的热稳定性和良好的电绝缘性能。 With the continuous improvement of social requirements for material properties,continuous fiber reinforced resin composites have developed rapidly because of excellent properties.Basalt fiber reinforced poly(aryl ether nitrile)composites were prepared by preimpregnation and hot pressing.Detailed study on how heat treatment for the morphology,mechanical properties,thermal properties and dielectric properties of the composites were also applied.The results showed that the mechanical properties of the composites were greatly improved by adding basalt fibers,and the interfacial bonding strength between the matrix and the fibers was effectively improved by forming crosslinking network of some nitrile groups after heat treatment,so the mechanical properties of the composites were further improved.In addition,the composites also had excellent thermal stability and good electrical insulation performance.
